A passion project, this home was begging to be brought back to its former glory. A 50's era home that had previously never been touched since it's original development. The target here was to honor the mid-century design and add modern flair. This home may only weigh in at 1234sqft, however it lives like a home two times the size. Not one inch of space went unused. This home was proof that grate things come in small packages.
